MIDHANI has well defined procedures and guidelines for discharge of various functions. The Officers follow these laid down policies and guidelines, apart from guidelines issued by Department of Public Enterprises, Central Vigilance Commission and the Administry Ministry.
Company is managed by the Board of Directors with the Chairman of the Board for policy directions. MIDHANI has in-house Apex Committee known as Corporate Management Committee consisting of Chairman & Managing Director, full time functional Directors, General Managers and Senior functional heads. This Apex Committee meets twice a month. The goals at corporate level are set by this Committee. They take into account all factors before deciding the goals at corporate level.
MIDHANI procurement activities are governed by a well defined Purchase Policy and Delegation of Powers. |
